- Prop 32: YES. Stops special interest domination of state politics.
- Prop 33: YES. Common sense auto insurance reform
- Prop 34: NO. Repeals the death penalty option for murderers
- Prop 35: YES. Increases punishment for human trafficking
- Prop 36: NO. Weakens 3 strikes law
- Prop 37: NO. Poorly-written food labeling law
- Prop 38: NO. Another attempt at raising taxes
- Prop 39: NO. This would be a tax increase on business
- Prop 40: YES. The referendum on the Senate districts
